        ::  The Rules Committee Print modifies language and funding levels in the "Procurement, Construction, and Improvements" account for U.S. Customs and Border Protection in the Department of Homeland Security Appropriations Act, 2018.  The modification is to account for funding already provided for those purposes by Division E of H.R. 3219, which was adopted by the House on July 27, 2017.   Further, the Rules Committee Print strikes section 746 of the Financial Services and General Government Appropriations Act, 2018.
