Sequester Replacement Reconciliation Act of 2012 [ Rules Committee Print 112-21 ]
        ::  Rules Committee Print 112-21 makes the following modificiatons to H.R. 5652, as ordered
            reported by the Committee on the Budget. 
                    1) Strikes subtitle C of Title II (Energy and Commerce — Medical Liability Reform), but
                        retains Title IV (Judiciary – Medical Liability Reform)
                    2) Makes modifications to Title V to ensure that all savings from the Reconciliation
                        Recommendations of the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform ?
                        reconciliation bill are used to reduce the deficit
                    3) Adds the text of H.R. 4966, the Sequester Replacement Act of 2012, as ordered
                        reported, to the end of the bill
