MANAGERS: Sessions/Slaughter

1. Provides for consideration of the Senate amendment to H.J. Res. 59.

2. Makes in order a motion offered by the chair of the Committee on Appropriations or his designee that the House concur in the Senate amendment to H.J. Res. 59 with each of the two amendments printed in the Rules Committee report.

3. Provides one hour of debate on the motion equally divided and controlled by the chair and ranking minority member of the Committee on Appropriations.

4. Provides that the Senate amendment and the motion shall be considered as read.

5. Waives all points of order against consideration of the motion.

6. Provides that the question of adoption of the motion shall be divided between the two House amendments.

7. Section 2 provides a closed rule for H.R. 3210.

8. Provides 40 minutes of debate equally divided and controlled by the chair and ranking minority member of the Committee on Appropriations.

9. Waives all points of order against consideration of the bill and provides that it shall be considered as read.

10. Waives all points of order against provisions in the bill.

11. Provides one motion to recommit.
