The Chair shall put the question on any such motion without debate or intervening motion, and the ordering of the yeas and nays on postponed motions to suspend the rules with respect to such measures is vacated.
21. Provides that proceedings may be postponed through December 15, 2022, on measures that were the object of motions to suspend the rules on the legislative day of December 12, and on which the yeas and nays were ordered.
22. Provides for the consideration of the Senate amendment to H.R. 1437.
23. Makes in order a motion offered by the chair of the Committee on Appropriations or her designee that the House concur in the Senate amendment with an amendment consisting of the text of Rules Committee Print 117-72.
24. Waives all points of order against consideration of the motion.
25. Provides that the Senate amendment and the motion shall be considered as read.
26. Provides one hour of debate on the motion equally divided and controlled by the chair and ranking minority member of the Committee on Appropriations or their designees.
27. Provides that the House shall be considered to have taken from the Speaker's table H.R. 2617, with the Senate amendments thereto, to have concurred in the Senate amendments numbered 1, 2, 3, and 5, and to have concurred in the Senate amendment numbered 4 with an amendment consisting of the text of Rules Committee Print 117-73.
28. Provides that House Concurrent Resolution 124 is hereby adopted.
