Summary

H.R 2218: Reauthorizes and modernizes the Charter School Program under the Elementary and Secondary Education Act. The bill would increase the number of charter schools available to students and families, ensure charter schools share their best practices with all public schools, and improve access to charter schools for all students, including students with disabilities and English language learners.

 

H.R. 1892: Authorizes U.S. intelligence and intelligence-related activities within the jurisdiction of the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence (HPSCI), including the National Intelligence Program (NIP), and the Military Intelligence Program (MIP).
