H.R 2930: Provides exemptions from Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) requirements in order to allow small businesses to raise capital through internet platforms also known as "crowdfunding."

H.R. 2940: Directs the SEC to remove the regulatory ban that prevents small and privately held companies from using advertisements to solicit investors for private offerings.
