H.R. 2087 would remove restrictions from a parcel of land situated in the Atlantic District, Accomack County, VA. The legislation would require the Interior secretary to remove deed restrictions, including easements, exceptions, reservations, terms, conditions and covenants from the United States to Accomack County, Virginia, within 90 days of enactment of the legislation.

The Committee on Rules may meet the week of March 19th to grant a rule that could limit the amendment process for floor consideration of H.R. 5, the Help Efficient, Accessible, Low-cost, Timely Healthcare (HEALTH) Act of 2011.
The JOBS Act is designed to help startups and entrepreneurs get off the ground, access investors and create jobs. There initiatives are supported by bipartisan members in the House and Senate, as well as the President’s Jobs Council and the business community.
