H.R. 3630 would extend current payroll tax relief, protect Social Security, reform and extend unemployment insurance, and extend pro-growth tax relief for businesses of all sizes – while also advancing several bipartisan measures that will directly support the creation of private-sector jobs, including the Keystone XL energy pipeline.

H.R. 1633 would prevent the EPA from revising standards on coarse particulate matter for one year and would exclude the dust produced by farm operations – referred to as “nuisance dust” – from regulation under the Clean Air Act.
