The Committee on Rules may meet the week of November 14th to grant a rule that could limit the amendment process for floor consideration of H.R. 3094, the Workforce Democracy and Fairness Act. The bill was ordered reported, as amended, on October 26th by the Committee on Education and the Workforce.

The Committee on Rules may meet the week of November 14th to grant a rule that could limit the amendment process for floor consideration of H.R. 822, the National Right-to-Carry Reciprocity Act of 2011. The bill was ordered reported, as amended, on October 25th by the Committee on the Judiciary.
H.R. 2838 authorizes funding for the Coast Guard in fiscal years 2012 through 2015. The bill also authorizes funds for the Federal Maritime Commission in each of the fiscal years 2012-2015, and makes changes to current law affecting marine safety, marine transportation system, and the authorities of the Coast Guard.
H.R 2930: Provides exemptions from Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) requirements in order to allow small businesses to raise capital through internet platforms also known as "crowdfunding."
H.R. 2940: Directs the SEC to remove the regulatory ban that prevents small and privately held companies from using advertisements to solicit investors for private offerings.
