Rules Resource for H.R. 839 (HAMP Termination) & H.R. 861 (NSP Termination)
H.R. 839 – The HAMP Termination Act of 2011: Prevents $29 billion in TARP funds from being spent to continue the Home Affordable Modification Program (HAMP).
H.R. 861 – NSP Termination Act: Rescinds the third round of funding for the Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP) and terminates the program.
Rules Resource for H.J.Res. 48 - 3-Week CR
This short-term CR is expected to keep the government running for an additional three weeks and would expire on April 8th. H.J.Res. 48 also cuts $6 billion in spending by reducing or eliminating money for 25 government programs (-$3.5 billion), as well as additional earmark terminations (-$2.6 billion).
