Thank you, Madam Chair. Today, we’re considering five bills reported out of the Education and Workforce Committee.

The Committee on Rules will also meet Monday, June 8, 2026 at 1:00 PM ET in H-313, The Capitol on the following emergency measure:
- S. 2 – Secure America Act
The Committee on Rules will still meet Monday, June 8, 2026 on the following measures:
- H.R. 8312 – Fraud Prevention and Accountability Act
- H.R. 8464 – Stopping Fraudulent Payments Act
- H. Res. 1335 – Condemning actors seeking to defraud the United States Government, and expressing the sense of the House of Representatives that governmentwide fraud and improper payment prevention reforms will meaningfully improve the financial prosperity of the United States, and that Federal program eligibility should be verified before payment.
The Committee on Rules will meet Monday, June 8, 2026 at 4:00 PM ET in H-313, The Capitol on the following measures:

Con. Res. 33.
